For World Ocean Day this year, two of our Trustees, Jodie and Laura, had the privilege of attending the launch of the Wilder Seas report, a powerful new blueprint for ocean restoration from Marine Conservation Society (MCS) and Rewilding Britain. Hosted in the iconic setting of the UK Parliament, the evening was a memorable celebration of collaboration, ambition, and – perhaps most importantly – hope. A huge thank you to MCS for the kind invitation. The event was filled with inspiring talks, thoughtful conversations, and a shared energy around protecting our blue planet.
Now, the real work begins. It’s about keeping the momentum going: continuing to shine a light on the issues our ocean faces, supporting lasting conservation programmes, and having bold conversations that lead to meaningful action. We are really looking forward to continuing this at the Blue Earth summit in October!
