Applying for funding
How to apply for funding
As a general rule, only charities/projects brought forward by the Trustees will be considered for funding. However, there are occasions where we will consider granting donations to registered charities during a specifically appointed time period. Currently the only funds available to external applicants are through the brand new Team Risers Grassroots Sports Project. Read on for more details on this!
We are proud to announce the opening of the Team Risers Project fund. This is a special opportunity that is open to external applications for your grassroots sports project. Team Risers is open to a wide range of applicants, including:
- Non-profit organisations: Charities and non-profits with a clear community focus.
- Community groups: Informal groups with a mission to improve their local area.
- Schools and educational institutions: Projects that aim to enhance educational outcomes and community engagement.
The application process for Team Risers is straightforward and designed to be accessible. Key elements of your application will include:
- Project Description: A detailed outline of the project, its goals, and expected outcomes.
- Community Impact: An explanation of how the project has already and/or will benefit the local community.
- Budget: A realistic budget outlining the financial needs of the project.
- Timeline: A clear timeline for project implementation and completion.
It should be in depth but no longer than 2 word pages/5 power point slides and please include your name and contact details.
