Our Shop

The FatFace Foundation charity outlet shop opened at the end of 2018, just a stone’s throw away from Head Office on the South Coast and to much success. It is packed full of FatFace samples and outlet styles at great prices.

What to expect

We like to think of this shop as a one of a kind (for now!) hybrid outlet/charity shop. FatFace donate their unworn sample and unsold outlet stock to us, and we give 100% of our profits to local, national charities and global community projects.

We have had amazing success so far, with loads of you swinging by to say hello and check it out!

    Returns policy

    We offer exchanges or credit notes in store as long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase, with original receipt and is in a resalable condition.

    No refunds available

    This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Gift Vouchers!

    Where can I buy and redeem a FatFace Foundation Gift Vouchers?
    You can buy Gift Vouchers in store; our store is located in The Meridian Centre, Havant.
    These Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in the FatFace Foundation store.
    Gift Vouchers are sold in £10 denominations.
    Terms and Conditions
    You can use your FatFace Foundation Gift Voucher as full or part payment on your purchase in store.
    If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit or debit card, or cash.

    If your purchase is less that the value of your Gift Voucher we are unable to give any change.

    Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Your Gift Voucher is valid until the Expiry Date shown on the Voucher. After this, your Gift Voucher will expire and is no longer accepted as payment.

    Treat your Gift Voucher like cash. If it gets lost, stolen, or damaged, we are unfortunately unable to replace it.

    You can use your FatFace Foundation Credit Note as full or part payment on your purchase in store.

    If your purchase exceeds the value of the Credit Note, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit or debit card, or cash.

    If your purchase is less that the value of your Credit Note we are unable to give any change.

    Credit Notes cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Your Credit Note is valid until the Expiry Date shown on the Voucher; 6 months from the date goods were returned. After this, your Credit Note will expire and is no longer accepted as payment.
